Extension is requested to include:
- Additional work done as approved by the Partners person responsible for the Project: Peter Lukey
- Work done at the Summit on the Climate Change Reporting (replacing Richard Sherman's responsibility who at the last moment pulled out of the Summit)
The following deliverables was provided as a result of this:
- Daily Newsletters (3)
- Power point presentation for 6th March 2009 of the Thursday sessions
- Drafting of the Summary Summit report - which were going to be done by R Sherman
The final Summit report will be finalised under the current contract allowance.
