Review existing draft Bill from the office of the Chief State Law Advisors and provide DEAT management with comments and amendments.
Participate in parliamentary public hearings process. Provide comment on the amendment of the Bill based on public hearings and the Parliamentary processes. Review and finalise existing draft Waste Information Regulations.
